How we work

We are a direct buyer, which means we purchase commercial property for our own portfolio. There is no listing, no public marketing of your situation, and no commission charged to you by us. We review the building, the ownership, the title, and the situation, then either discuss a direct purchase or tell you honestly that it is not a fit.
